Since the day on the Tay I've been really busy. Had a wedding at Blair Castle (pics to follow when I get a mo) and assisted in an underwater fashion shoot which was so different! Yesterday was at the Master Photographers Association (MPA) Awards. It was very interesting, and I will definately be entering next year. The guest speaker was Andy Earl: www.andyearl.com/ If you get a chance to see him go. He was an inspiration.

So, at the top of the hill, I pulled to the side of the road and walked to the middle of the road for this shot .... I didn't have to worry about traffic :-)

Great Salt Lake crossing

An eastbound Union Pacific freight begins the long trek across Great Salt Lake at Lakeside, Utah. A wood trestle used to carry the line straight across directly in front of the train, but was later replaced with the fill that now zig-zags to the north. Promontory Peninsula and the Wasatch Mountains dominate the background, with Ogden located between them.
