One of our multiple wind storms from the beginning of 2007. This wasn't the one that caused the bridge to snap 2 pins, no no....this one was mild. Apparently the gusts in this one were only near 50, whereas the one that broke the bridge had a measured gust of 97 mph. UPDATE: This photo is published in Cliff Mass' book The Weather of the Pacific Northwest. Thi is the 2nd to last image in the book. :-)
