Vietnamese iced coffee, or cà phê sữa dá, is Vietnamese for coffee with milk. It’s made with a dark roast coffee brewed with a metal coffee filter called a phin. Brew the coffee over a cup with about a tablespoon or two of sweetened condensed milk, then add ice. Pretty simple right? Yes, though the phin does take some time to brew. So I’ve included two versions to make it, in case you’re in a hurry, or just don’t have a phin at home.
