Abuse wheel sadly three slices of this pie, for about 5 straight years, I've experienced first hand. If your in this situation, realize you don't have to stay to still care and love people. Helping yourself out of these toxic situations, will help those around you so much more. Do it. Make the move. Get out. after the anxiety of it all, you'll be well on your way to recovery and probably be more equip to help those around you.

This same diagram was offered to me when I sought refuge at the women's shelter when I left my abusive ex-husband in 2004. I was very helpful! Great website
