Beat the heat with these refreshing and delicious popsicles! 😋 Made with just four simple ingredients, they’re a healthier alternative for your summer cravings. Ingredients for 8 popsicles: 1 cup strawberries (170g) 1 cup raspberries (130g) Juice of 1/2 lemon Optional: 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey, to taste Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours or until set. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer.
