This packet will help students analyze functions using graphs and tables.:
This online game provides some scaffolded practice with factoring quadratic trinomials.
This is a resource for reviewing Solving Systems of Equations using all 3 methods: Graphing, Elimination and Substitution. 7 problems are set up for the Graphing Method; 6 problems are set up for the Elimination Method; 3 problems are set up for the Subst
This Quadratic Functions: Key Features foldable can be used as a summary tool for your interactive notebooks. Or the foldable can be used as a record sheet for my Quadratic Functions: Matching Game. Includes graphing, algebraic equation, and characteristics such as domain and range; increasing and decreasing; positive and negative; zero(s); and even, odd or neither.
I plan to use these quick check sheets during our absolute value unit. I'll give each student a sheet (as a warm up) and shine an absolute value graph on the board. Students then have to find the vertex, intercepts, domain, range and maybe even the function. This will help cut down on how many warmups I need to make!
