Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas 1 cup grated carrot 10 large dates (soaked, pitted & finely chopped) 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/3 cup melted coconut oil 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp ground ginger 2 cups almond flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for 60-70 minutes let cool before adding cream cheese/slicing Optional cashew cream cheese top: 1 cup cashews (soaked in hot water first for 10-15) 2-3 tbsp maple syrup Juice of 1/4 of a lemon 1/4 cup soy milk Blend it all together Top with chopped walnuts #healthy #dessert #recipes #healthydessert #healthyfoodideas #healthyeating #quickandeasy #glutenfree #vegan #vegetarian #bananacake #carrotcake #plantbasedcooking
