Poppy cake Pastry: 12 yolks, 280g stevia, 280g milled poppy, 14 whites, butter, flour Filling: 200g butter, 200g stevia, 2tbs rum, 2 yolks, 300ml milk, 300g milled poppy Whisk yolks with stevia, add the poppy and whipped egg whites. Pour the cream into two buttered and floured cake forms. Bake both for 25-30 mins on 180°C. Cut cooled pastries into halves. Whisk butter, stevia, rum and yolks together. Simmer milk and poppy until creamy, let it cool. Mix the creams and spread them on the pastries.
