Nature-Based Kid's Yoga Class: Animals in Winter

I wanted to share an example of one of our nature-based kid's yoga classes. Combining mindfulness practices with nature-based experiences is something that fills me with a sense of excitement and joy. Yoga helps us increase our awareness of mind, body, and breath. Introducing nature's wonders can add the benefit of enhancing a child's connection to the world around them. This is a class I shared with some of my preschool friends during our outdoor yoga classes.
