Here’s what you’ll need: 12-16 medjool dates, pitted 1/2 cup hulled tahini 1/4 cup butter (to melt with tahini) 3/4 cup pecans, roasted (see below) 125g dark chocolate Flakey sea salt on top To make your own toasted pecans: You’ll need 3/4 cup pecans Preheat oven to 180C. Add pecans to a lined tray. Roast for 8-12 minutes, tossing halfway. Be careful not to burn!
