Levanduľový med - sirup
Levanduľu zalejeme 1 L vody, nakrájame do ten 3 plátky citrónu a ešte tam šupneme aj škoricu. Necháme to variť cca 20min. Potom to necháme luhovať 24hod. Keď to máme vyluhované tak to scedíme a pridáme 1-1,5 kg cukru ( ja som dávala asi tak 1,3 kg ) a varíme až kým sa nám cukor nerozpustí a trošku to nezhustne. Malo by to mať konzistenciu riedkeho medu. (ale nebude to to až tak husté ako klasický med.
