An X-ray micro-CT scan from our Imaging and Analysis Centre shows the different densities of glass used to form a model of the jellyfish Polyclonia frondosa (now called Cassiopea frondosa). The model was created by father and son team Leopold and Rudolf Blaschka, who modelled many of their anatomically accurate creations on live specimens in their own aquarium.
