Creamy Spinach Soup I love spinach! This is an easy and simply yummy soup that satisfies me completely! Ingredients: 1 1/2 water 2 cups spinach 1/2 avocado 1 stalk celery 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp red pepper 2 cloves garlic pinch salt Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix until warm. If desired, add some chopped spinach, mushrooms or red peppers to garnish. Enjoy!
