A little sweet, a little bitter, and little spiced—our Jungle Bird cocktail is like a good playlist: there’s something for everyone. Ingredients: 1.5 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, ¾ oz Bitter Aperitivo, 1 oz pineapple juice, preferably fresh, ½ oz lime juice, ½ oz Demerara syrup (1:1 sugar to water), Garnish w/ pineapple wedge and frond. How To Make: Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice; shake vigorously for 7 seconds. Strain into a double rocks glass over ice and garnish.
