Anger thermometer...I made this up as a visual tool to help the kids in my class to control their anger. You can discuss strategies for when they start to feel angry and what they can do at each stage of the emotion....it works really well! My kids responded to it amazingly and I can also constantly refer back to it in lessons and conflict resolution etc
These anger management foldables are a great way to teach your kids to identify anger, understand anger triggers, and use coping skills. They are perfect for individual and group counseling lessons. Students will be able to keep the foldables as a reminder of ways to calm down. They can also be placed into interactive notebooks. Great for students with ADHD!
Learn how to make your own sensory stress balls using polymer beads and balloons. Kids can have so much fun with this activity and experiment with different colors! (Or it can be a stress ball, have you ever thoung of that)
I love these adorable quirky paper puppets - with mouthes that open and close with a clothespin! Love this unique, easy clothespin craft for kids (or adults). It includes a free printable for the faces, which you can then color in, and add yarn and googly
