1. Dont eat until dinner 2. Only eat half of what ur served 3. Exercise for at least 2-4 hrs a day! It doesnt even have to be hard!! 4. Dont snack throughout the day and if your someone who does limit it or only eat healthy stuff 5. I reccommend for snacks kiwis, apples and strawberries the are filling. 6.
