Note the symmetric sclerosis of the iliac portions of her sacroiliac joints. The sacroiliac joints show no irregularity, erosions or loss of joint space, differentiating this condition from sacroiliitis. Also note the large paraglenoidal sulci in the inferior portions of the iliac aspect of the sacroiliac joints (arrows), which may develop secondary to stress on the anterior sacroiliac ligament.
