Meet Toasty the Snowman. This adorable "snowman" is simple to assemble. It requires 3 glass bowls from a craft store (small, medium and large), fake powdered snow, a snowman hat (look for snowman hat planters or make your own with a black planter attached to a round black placement, ribbon and sprig of holly) and fillers. Since our guy sits on a bar, we used mini alcohol bottles for fillers. by julia
