I think this is an awesome chart of the general values leaders need to hold. It shows how having certain internal values and standards lead to results in your leadership, such as trust, inspiration, innovation, and retention. What I love about this is that it shows that you need to use your head AND your heart. Often we forget one or the other, but you'll never get the whole picture that way..
