This is tofu… a tofu crème brûlée! 😎 RECIPE (6 servings, 1h prep time): -400g silken tofu -100ml vegan cream -100g sugar -1 Tl Vanilla extract -a pinch of salt Blend until smooth. Transfer to a pot and heat it up while stirring. -3 Tbsp corn starch -3 Tbsp water Mix well to dilute the corn starch. Add it to the pot and keep stirring until thickened.
