Snack Plate with Sweet and Savory Bites Ingredients: Sweet: ⦁ Dates, pitted and filled with peanut butter: 2 dates (approx 50g) Dates 2 ⦁ Peanut Butter 1 tablespoon (15ml) ⦁ Strawberries, sliced: 1/2 cup (approx 75g) ⦁ Rice cakes: 1/4 cup (approx 30g) Savory: ⦁ Pickles, sliced: 1/4 cup (approx 30g) ⦁ Beef Sticks: 2 (approx 40g) ⦁ Mini sweet bell pepper halves, filled with cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning: 4 (approx 50g) ⦁ Cream Cheese 2 tablespoons (30ml) ⦁ Mini bell peppers 2 ⦁ Everything bagel seasoning 1/2 teaspoon (2g) Preparation Method: ⦁ Slice all produce to prep. ⦁ Slice bell peppers in half and smear cream cheese inside. Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning on cream cheese. ⦁ Scoop peanut butter and place inside dates. ⦁ Arrange all ingredients on the plate and serve.
