NO BAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL COOKIES WITH PECANS Ingredients 1 Stick Unsalted Butter 2 Cups Sugar 3 Tablespoons Cocoa (Hershey’s) ½ Cup Evaporated Milk 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring 1 Cup Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter 2 ½ Cups Minute Oats ½ Cup Chopped Pecans Combine butter, sugar, cocoa, and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil on medium heat. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat and add vanilla flavoring and peanut butter. Stir
