Servings: 4 Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes  Ingredients  For the Lobster Tails:  4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each) 4 tablespoons butter, melted 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper Lemon wedges, for serving Instructions  Prepare the Lobster Tails:  Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, cut down the middle of the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the shell apart and lift the lobster meat slightly, but leave it attached at the base.
