Ingredients: - 1 head of cauliflower (or 3 cups of finely riced cauliflower) - 2 eggs - 1 tbsp Italian seasoning - 2 tsp salt Instructions: 1. Prepare the Cauliflower: - Wash and roughly chop the cauliflower. Process in a food processor until fine like sand. - Microwave with a damp paper towel for 5 minutes, then let cool. 2. Make the Crust: - Mix the cooled cauliflower with eggs, Italian seasoning, and salt. - Shape into a pizza crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 3. Bake: - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 40 minutes until firm and golden. 4. Add Toppings: - Add your favorite toppings. If using cheese, bake until melted and bubbly. 5.
