Healthier Snicker’s Dates
15min · 15 servings ✨🤎Healthier "Snicker's" Dates🤎✨ ✨Ingredients • dates • crunchy peanut butter • dark chocolate • flakey salt • crushed peanuts (optional) ✨Directions • Cut each date in half and remove the pit. • Fill the middle with peanut butter. Add more peanuts if you have them (I just didn't have any at home!). • Repeat this process with as many dates as you want. • Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave. • Dip each date fully in the dark chocolate. Then line on a baking tray or a plate covered with parchment paper. • Drizzle the remaining chocolate on top and add flakey salt. • Freeze the dates until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!

No Bake Carrot Cake Truffles 🥕
Content Creator: @lindsay.keosayian Raw Cake: 2 c shredded carrots, 1 c walnuts,1 c dates, 3 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp shredded coconut, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ground ginger ¼ tsp nutmeg Icing: 1 c cashews (soaked for 30 min), ½ cup coconut oil, melted, cooled, 3 tbsp pure maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 lime, juiced, 2-3 tbsp warm water (as needed to help blend) Combine raw cake ingredients in food processor until mixture is firm Roll into balls, place on lined baking sheet Chill in freezer while making icing Place all icing ingredients into blender, combine until mixture is smooth Add a little warm water if consistency isn’t smooth enough Coat truffles w/ icing, place them back on baking sheet Garnish w/ shredded carrots & chopped walnuts Chill in freezer
