A letter to my fellow Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)
It took some time, but you now realise that you would not trade your high sensitivity for anything in the world. Yes, you feel painful emotions heavier than most, but the beauty you see around you makes it all worthwhile. Your rich inner life, caring nature, and empathy towards others makes you a genuine human being who understands others deeply. It just takes some time and awareness to transform your high sensitivity into your biggest strength and super power.
