Decided to do this all in one go.  Took about 45 minutes.  I subbed 100 jump rope skips for the timed jump rope sections.  Awesome workout....when I wasn't grimacing I was grinning ear to ear.  Exactly the type of w/o I love...simple hard moves allow you to concentrate on working hard.
