Nepalese khukuri knife, 15 ½ inch long blade of the type known as tin chira (three fullers), with a ridged spine. The blade is marked with the lunar mark of the Nepalese armory. The handle is steel, in the general shape of a kora handle but with a steel D guard. Leather covered scabbard with steel tip accompanied by a small knife and steel tool (karda and chakma) in a rear compartment. Total length 22 inches.
