Что купить для приготовления? - Творог 5-9% жирности - 180 г - Греческий йогурт (можно заменить на сметану) - 500 г - Сахар - 120 г - Ванильный сахар - 1 пакетик - Быстрорастворимый желатин - 25 г + 75 г холодной воды - Фрукты/ягоды (например, голубика и нектарины) - около 400 г Приготовление: 1. Желатин заливаем холодной водой, перемешиваем и оставляем на 10 минут для набухания. 2. В блендере смешиваем творог, греческий йогурт (или сметану), сахар и ванильный сахар до получения однородной массы. 3. Растапливаем набухший желатин, не доводя до кипения, либо используем микроволновку для этого. 4. Добавляем растопленный желатин в творожный крем и хорошо перемешиваем венчиком. 5. Если крем начал застывать раньше времени, ставим его на водяную баню и слегка подогреваем, постоянно помешива

I absolutely loved the result and you guys have to try it! This is the perfect spring/summer dessert! It is fresh and delicious and you just need 3 ingredients! Ingredients: • Raspberries • Plain yoghurt • White chocolate • 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional) Directions: • Mix raspberries and yoghurt. Line a flat plate with baking paper and spoon the mixture in clusters onto the baking paper. Place this into the freezer for 1 hour until hardened. In a pot on medium heat add the raspberries and water, let it cook for 5min. Then add a squeeze of lemon juice + 1 tsp honey(optional) and let it cook until it thickens while stirring continuously. Assemble the oats, add 2tbsp oats, 1tbsp raspberry jam, 1tbsp Vanilla yogurt,1tsp jam,1tbsp oats, yogurt.
