Diy gym landmine unit t bar row. Hit the hardware store buy a short pipe with inside diameter of 2 inches ( for your olympic bar) and pivoting caster wheel that is large enough to accept the pipe. Remove wheel, drill the pipe, secure with same bolt. Mount to your squat cage. All for under forty bucks. Diy Exercise Equipment, Homemade Gym Equipment, T Bar Row, Diy Home Gym, Basement Gym
