· 1 serving Ingredients: • 40g oats • 1/2 banana • a pinch of cinnamon • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey • 100ml water • 100g of high protein yoghurt - I used @fage_u • optional - 1/2 tsp sweetener Directions: • Mix oats, water, 1/2 banana, cinnamon, maple syrup until combined. • Microwave for 1min 30sec. • Mix sweetener & yoghurt and spread over the oat layer. • Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. • Top with a couple of banana slices and sprikle some cinnamon to serve! White chocolate raspberry clusters ✨ Here is a new vararion of the blueberry clusters and I have to say that the combo of flavours is just perfect! I absolutely loved the result and you guys have to try it! This is the perfect spring/summer dessert! It is fresh and delicious and you just need 3 ingredients! Ingredients: • Raspberries • Plain yoghurt • White chocolate • 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional) Directions: • Mix raspberries and yoghurt. Line a flat plate with baking paper and spoon the mixture in clusters onto the baking paper. Place this into the freezer for 1 hour until hardened.
