DIY Foam Board Valances (It's super easy!) ((And cheap!))
Let me start by saying two things: 1. This really is cheap and easy. 2. I stink at math and I was able to do it. Here is what you will need: foam board (I purchased 4 board at $2 each from Hobby Lobby) batting ($3/yard at H.L. got 2 yards) fabric (I purchased mine on Fabric.com for $17/yard. I got 1 yard.) duct tape/packing tape exacto knife staple gun 8mm staples I had several items needed already at home, so I spent a total of $31. Total. Not each. Crazy! P.S.
