I like to eat around 30-35 grams protein at breakfast to help fill me up and keep me energized until my next meal Ingredients: • 1/2 cup oats (6g protein) • 2/3 cup milk (I used lactose-free milk 5g protein. Protein will depend on the milk you use. ) • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 1 tbsp chia seeds (4g protein) • 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder • 1 serving protein powder (20g protein) • toppings of choice (I used banana, strawberries, more cinnamon) Directions: • Cooking the oats, milk, chia seeds and cinnamon together until oats thicken. • Remove from stove and mix in protein powder. • Add toppings. Enjoy!
