Easy Pie Crust 2 c. flour 1 pinch salt 12 T. cold butter ½ c. cold water Pulse the flour, salt and butter in a food processor 10 times, or until the butter is pea-sized—you WANT those bits of butter throughout the dough! Add ice-cold water and pulse until just barely combined. Pour the dough out onto a floured surface and form into a cohesive dough. Divide in two and form into discs. Wrap in plastic wrap or place into a ziplock bag and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Remove from fridge for about 5 minutes before rolling the dough for your pie!
