2 in 1: Flat Stomach + Slim Legs
Here is a 2-week challenge I encourage you all to complete! A belly, legs, and thigh slimming workout session! The exercises in this workout are quite intensive and it's a 20-min workout so this may be a little challenging for beginners but I'm not discouraging you to try it out. They're more focused on your core and lower body to really feel the burn to lose the fat and tone your muscles. You can do this workout on a daily basis but I suggest you do this workout 3-4x a week.
