Tired of hydrangeas that don't bloom? Tiny Tuff Stuff mountain hydrangea (Hydrangea serrata) will not disappoint. The bud-hardy rebloomer is covered in delicate lacecap blooms even after harsh winters.
Tuff Stuff™ hydrangea only looks delicate. Dozens of lacecap flowers and deep green foliage are just the icing on the cake for this hardy reblooming hydrangea. http://emfl.us/AULd
Hydrangea serrata 'Miranda'. A complete ring of ray florets surrounds a dense cluster of fertile flowers on these lacecap corymbs. Can be pink or pale blue.
*Callicarpa americana (Beautyberry) One of my favorite native shrubs. .Beautyberry is a loose open shrub. Lavender berries juxtaposed against lime green leaves provide a striking late summer display. Berries persist into the winter. Attracts birds. Deer tolerant. This shrub is large, 5-6' at maturity but can be cut back hard in early spring. Blooms on new wood.
