Ingredients : Chia Pudding: * 1/4cup chia seeds * 1/2 cup coconut milk * 1/2 cup almond milk * 2 tbsp maple syrup * 1/4 cup pumpkin puree * 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Whipped Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cream: * 1 tbsp granulated sugar * 1 tbsp instant coffee * 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice * 1 tbsp boiling water Instructions : 1. Mix Pudding: * Combine chia pudding ingredients and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. 2. Make Whipped Cream: * Whisk coffee cream ingredients until soft peaks form. 3.
