Quasar- this is a black hole that is the brightest object in the universe and is thousands of times brighter than the stars in a galaxy combined! Light is shot out of either end in extremely long distances. The light we see coming from these today is very old meaning there are no quasars recently. They are all from far away but a new one can appear at any moment
NGC 602 - Wikipedia
NGC 602 is a young, bright open cluster of stars located in the Small Magellanic Cloud (SMC), a satellite galaxy to the Milky Way. Radiation and shock waves from the stars have pushed away much of the lighter surrounding gas and dust that compose the nebula known as N90, and this in turn has triggered new star formation in the ridges (or "elephant trunks") of the nebula.
LH 95 is a star forming region within a nearby galaxy that astronomers have been observing for several years in order to gain insight on the formation of stars. The Flame Nebula stands out in this optical image of the dusty, crowded star forming regions toward Orion's belt, a mere 1,400 light-years away. X-ray data from the Chandra Observatory and infrared images from the Spitzer Space Telescope can take you inside the glowing gas and obscuring dust clouds though.
