Chocolate banana breakfast quinoa. AWESOME! Boil 1/2 cup raw quinoa in a mix of 1 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup water. Once it boils, reduce to simmer for about 10 min, stir occasionally, until liquid is absorbed by quinoa. Then transfer to a bowl and mix with 2 t cocoa powder and 2 t honey (I used agave nectar). You can also mix in mashed bananas.
