BBQ Brisket tips from Austin Texas' Aaron Franklin Barbque.  So good it has a cult following!  I have an inexpensive ($80) electric smoker from home depot and you can get wood chips at Walmart, kroger, etc..  I recommend hickory and apple wood and I prefer the larger chunks of wood to the chips.  Mr. Franklin has instructional videos for every aspect of smokng brisket on youtube.  All it takes is time.
