Yes, delicious, although circumstances forced some adaptations. I couldn't find smoked garlic so I used smoked cheddar. Instead of roasting plain garlic I steeped lightly crushed and pierced cloves in the milk while heating it (not enough money in the electricity meter to cope with 40 minutes of roasting). Instead of baking the sauced cauliflower I grilled it with a covering of cheese and breadcrumbs. Delicious with an Australian Petit Verdot from Sainsbury's.
