Good idea! I was alway taught to not reach for the toes though in a toe touch? To make your legs reach for your hands
Cheer jumps! My goal is to be able to do these nearly perfectly and super high again! Lol

Hi everyone! Here's a jump drill that helps strengthen your legs and helps improve your jump height and flexibility! First kick your leg up bent. Second kick your leg up straight!
