Then as you exhale, fold forwards into Child and sweep your arms down and around. Repeat x 3. Follow with Ustrasana - Camel pose - IF your back is strong and healthy. Take care coming out of the pose - aim to come out evenly and with lower abdomen drawn in. Counterpose with Adho Mukha Svanasana and then Child pose. #Ustrasana
