Spoonful stole it, using their photo and everything. And it looks like everyone else got it from them, link now dead. LMW 7/26/15: This is most delicious and easy make-ahead breakfast or brunch casserole. I have made it numerous times in full and half-batches. Always good, it puffs up and browns beautifully.
