Singer Sewing Machine Base - a black base with white marble top is beautiful too. I know, that's what I made several years ago. Found the base on Craig's List and bought the white marble top from a Marble place in Oakland, TN. They were a little ways out but that's where you get the best deals. It sits in our girls room as a night stand.
