Of all the things to love, we know coffee and avocado are top of the list. Feel good with this easy morning smoothie by blending half an avocado with half a cup of coffee ice cubes, 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 1 tsp cinnamon. Sweeten to taste with your choice of sweetener, then enjoy!
Can’t decide whether you want a cake or a shake? Why not both? Make it even better by adding a little Baileys for a tasty coffee dessert. To make, trim the burnt edges from the cake and discard. Cut the remaining cake into chunks and tip into a blender, leaving 2 tsps aside. Add 6 scoops of ice cream, 3 oz Baileys & 5 oz milk to the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into large glasses and crumble over the remaining cake.
