(8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature  1     tablespoon vegetable or canola oil  Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.  For the bottom layer, combine the cake mix, ½ cup butter and 1 egg.  In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, vanilla extract and peanut butter until well combined.  Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stir in the vegetable oil, then spread on top of the cooled cake.
