Mango cheesecake (no bake+ eggless)
This is our white chocolate version of our best-ever Christmas crack. It’s got the classic savoury cracker base, the brittle butter praline middle and a layer of white chocolate on top, plus 100s and 1000s because who doesn’t love fairy bread? We have added stars to the sprinkles for an extra special Christmas feel, but you can use any small Christmas sprinkles you have or skip them altogether.
For the first layer,mix 200gms of crushed biscuits and 75g of meted butter and set it on an 8inch tin anf refrigerate For the secind layer whip 200ml of whipped cream.In a separate bowl mix 200g of cream cheese tonit add 100g of powdered sugar and mix and add 2tsp of lemon juice and add the whipped cream to this mixture and mix well.Finally add your 2tsp of melted gelatin to it and mix refrigerate for2 hrs min For the final layer add 1tsp of gelatin to the blueberry mixture let it set for 6hrs
