This tutorial will show you how to sew the split pocket which is found on hoodies with a zipper. In fact the separating zipper helps finish the center front raw edge of the pocket. I'm using a pattern in my demonstration but the instructions are generic enough that it should be similar to other hoodie patterns as well. Don't let something like a pocket intimidate you.
