A collection of various types of illustrations, with a common theme, the places we live in. I have brought together quite a few themes in this collection of drawings, from Illustrator, Interior Designer and Drawing Teacher, Ekaterina Surikat (Екатерина Сурикат). As I was saying, the themes include Interior Design, Architecture, Travel Journals, Furniture and more. How To Become An Architect - Who would ever choose to study architecture? It takes over seven years to qualify, and research suggests architecture students put in more hours per week than any of their peers. Architects must be ‘Renaissance (wo)men’ – thinkers, drafters, crafters, mathematicians, diplomats, salespeople – but content themselves with realising other people’s designs for most, or even all, of their careers. Hand drawn and written pages, that could be used as a book of architectural buildings. The entire thing is so beautiful and neat, that I can see it being printed and used as the beginning or an encyclopedia of Heritage buildings, around Europe and eventually, around the world. The Turkish Artist and Architect, that created these lovely urban illustrations is Oğuzhan Çengel. Make sure you press the images to enlarge them, (not the first one), so that you don't miss any of the wonderful…
